Gentle Breeze is a celebration of warmer days! We brewed a crisp saison with malt that has been gentle smoked over lavender from Sugar Creek Malt Co. and added pureed ripe peaches, lemons, and fresh lavender. Gentle Breeze is a complex and culinary saison - though smoked malt was added it only serves to compliment the natural peppery characteristics of the saison yeast.
Each sip is joyous - like opening the windows for the first time in the season.
