Traditional AltBier Ale.
This is the perfect autumn seasonal beverage. What's an AltBier you ask? It's a clean, crisp, and slightly malty ale fermented at cool temps almost like a lager. The result is a pale copper beer with beautiful notes of toasted baguette, roasted black walnuts, and white pepper. A touch of malt but still crisp.

Pours a cloudy mixture of colors; amber, brown and orange. A strong foamy head retains well throughout.
The nose has some nice subtle notes of peach, apricot, honey and chamomile tea. Aromas of toasty, slightly nutty malts, earthy spices and wood.
Very balanced flavors, with notes of clean and crisp malts and earthy , tea lime and fruity/floral spices. The malt base is dry, with notes of biscuit, toast, sourdough and a hint of roast. Notes of fruity and floral spices, tea leaves, apple, lemon, earth and pepper.
Light to medium bodied. Smooth mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Overall, a dry palate with a dry and crisp finish.
Very well crafted, subtle tastes, and amazingly easy to drink; I could drink a bunch of these. Great interpretation of the style.

16oz can pour a golden, murky orange with a sand-colored head that fades to a ring. Smell is of bright malts and german hops. Taste has some bright citrus and pine notes from the hops alongside a bready malt. Medium body with slight carbonation and an aftertaste of bready carbohydrates. Interesting that the hop flavors are mainly up front, with the malt peeking in afterward; quite different from most beers I've had.
An interesting and tasty beer. Would buy again.

Canned 9/27/21; drank 11/14/21 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull orange/brown appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge khaki head; strong lace.
Acorn, mild brown sugar & faint orange peel notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Acorn & mild brown sugar flavors; mild raspberry notes on the finish.
Very flavorful & substantial for a low ABV brew; I'd have another!!
