Peach and Ginger Wit Beer.
Peach and ginger are the super flavor duo we didn't know we needed! The peach and ginger balance each other and are supported by the slightly spicy wit yeast character. All together, this beer is dreamy and a perfect pick for spring.

Because Pipeworks is successful for a micro only a decade old, I try to encourage them to mature into the Belgian tradition. I suppose that is why of the 11 uniques from them, 9 have been Belgian-inspired. But only 3 of those 9 have I rated above that brew's BA average. So, I suppose I encourage Pipeworks by being critical; but I keep the faith and still try more of their Belgos.
So it goes with Escape. I'm generous by saying it Looks slightly above average. Smells the same; while there could be peach, it is the typically average "hard-to-discern what is in the fruit punch" wit. Tastes offer a bit more discernment with the ginger drying out the sweet a bit; so, that seems a good experiment. Light to medium-mouthed, but suitable for summer fare of salads and select sandwiches.
Bought from Beermiscuous. But I doubt I will buy more.

Appearance - The beer was an hazy yellow color with a large white head.
Smell - Grain led the way without much hint of fruit sweetness.
Taste - Without reading label, I would have assumed this to be a hefe with lactose. The promised peach was not delivered. It was beady and a little sour toward the back.
Mouthfeel - The feel was milky, yet there was significant carbonation.
Overall - The was a “no” for me.
