Aroma is Belgian yeast, spices and hops/slight hop resin. The flavor is citrus, hops, spices, mild Belgian yeast, malts and a slightly tart/warming alcohol finish.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a faint amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high bright white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of brett funk are present in the nose.
T: Following the smell, the taste is funky with a bit of sourness and has notes of citrus from the hops. No spiciness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: If you like funky beers, this saison is nice and easy to drink.

Hazy straw gold color, a fine white foam with nice lace

A big sour-zesty, lemmony aroma. Sour, earthy yeast thing. Grains and hops blend with a light, crisp malt very well. Very aromatic overall.

The flavor is very bold and complex, the yeast is huge. Very wild, funky and zesty notes. Unfiltered so its pretty grainy and thick, but very with a wonderful, lively feel. Jazzy and dry finish. Golden sour wheat comes out of this crispy malt for balance.

The cittra hop adds a very nice citrus-zest flavor and very bold from the dry hopping.

A really excellent Farmhouse.

Poured from a 500ml bottle a hazy pale orange under a 2-inch thick white head which lingers and leaves splotchy lace. Aroma is bright grapefruit pith, pineapple, tangerine, Brett funk, herbal and floral. Taste is yeasty, grassy/hay, slight funky herbal notes. Light body and full carbonation. Drying and yeasty finish.

The pour is lovely. A bright and hazy banana yellow with a creamy white cap. The foam lasts well and adorns the glass as you drink. The nose is peaches and herbs. Lemon and cactus. Bit of sweetness and that tell tale tartness on the nose that tells me I am about to have a saison. The hops are forward but not brash. Pineapple and this beer is a delight as it warms to show me all those fruity scents. Finishes dry and with light pepper and cracker with honey to linger.

Pours a cloudy, maize color. 3/4 inch head a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of strong fresh hops, hint of citrus, strong yeast, hint of wheat, and a hint of pale malt. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of fresh hops, slight citrus, hint of pine, slight earthiness, slight wheat, hint of pale malt, and strong yeast. Overall, good appearance, aroma, body, blend, and complexity.
