Pale hazy yellow with a firm belgian style head that dissipated slowly to reveal sheets of lace as you drink. Nose is white grape and a characteristic saison tartness. Cracker malt. A few light esters form alcohol and grassy hops. Drinks smoothly and dry with all the same flavors as the nose. Crisp finish with a few bubbles and just enough hop bitterness to linger gently as the palate dres out. Finishes malty but with plenty of herbal hop flavor.

 

Aroma is resinous hops, spices and cream sweetness. The flavor is Nelson Sauvin hops, tropical fruit, fruit/citrus, mild cream sweetness, malts and a bitter/slightly tart finish.
