Wow...this one is GREAT.

Poured in a pint glass, it was a opaque, but not hazy, rich apricot color. Head faded quickly but the carbonation was visabled with a constant stream of bubbles.

Aroma was hoppy with upfront mango. Very enticing.

Taste...where to begin. It was tart with mango and passion fruit, but I also tasted apricots. Hops were also there adding a bold citrus note. Sour but not overpoweringly so. Very refreshing. Carbonation gave it a great feel in the mouth. Crisp and begging to be gulped.

Overall, this was a unique and wonderful brew. Must have for sour ale lovers. May also appeal to IPA fans due to the hops, but only if they don't mind the absence of bitterness. Wish I had bought more.

22oz bottle served in a little Cantillon glass. I don't see a date.

Pours thick. Looks like a smoothie. Kind of a dark yellow. Small to no head, lots of carbonation. Smell is strong, overripe mango and some passionfruit.

Taste is tart mango and passionfruit. Super bright. Tart. Very juicy. It's good.

Mouthfeel is medium to thick, effervescent. Overall, good. I like it.

Weeeeee. 6% 500 ml long neck bottled spring 2018

Yummy!! Looks like a smoothie. Quick head evaporates instantly. Tart citrus fruit smell. Feel is Thick, juicy, almost viscous - Zappy, tangy tart and dry.

Tastes of lime, papaya, Straw, grass, wheat and maybe pilsey malt, ripe grains, and a light funk carrying an elusive strawberry, passion fruit, almost Rosey perfume. Finishes like a delicious juice bomb of Florida oranges, sweet lemon, melon(palindrome)!

Crisp hop-tastic elegant carbonation sees us out on the sip priming for prolonged Tropical and cerealy yeasty sour flavor development on the palate and the next sip.

Good idea bottling This to this extent UF! Your city loves your beer. Cheers and Onwards we go!
