Tart saison fermented in an oak foeder on hundreds and hundreds of pounds of fresh nectarines from our friends at Collins Family Orchards. Fruity, sour and highly aromatic.

Served in 13oz Teku. Poured a clean, clear medium gold color with over an inch of white head that quickly dissipated, and left no lace.
The aroma had some yeast spiciness, and some underlying spice, with a light grain base. The flavors were similar, with the addition of some tartness, but otherwise was a typical tasting Saison.
The body was thinner than usual for the style, but that didn't detract from the beer, which had a crisp, dry finish. Drinkability was good, I enjoyed my glass, and would likely have it again. Overall, a nice enough beer, worth trying if you see it.
