Pours light pale in color; vigorous carb visible upon pouring; white head that is a thin creamy looking film, slowly dissipates to not much of anything.
Strong nose…sweet in nature with some noticeable oak; light corn flake with a little bit of green apple character to it.
Taste is much more balanced and subdued compared to nose…a pleasant corn sweetness, cereal like, minor oak; some minor hop presence on the finish.
Really pleasant mouthfeel, light body, creamy carbonation, minor sweetness, a kiss of bitter on the finish; clean for having seen oak too.

Clear yellow-gold with creamy foam in the Hopleaf goblet. Aroma is delicate, with alfalfa, straw, and cereal. Such an Hops are quite restrained, with just a touch of the floral. I wouldn't say there is any bitterness, but there's that interesting tangy note that livens up the finish with maybe a hint of wood.
Such a nice change from the IPA world. This is soothing, clean, and refreshing. Worth a try. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station and dated 06/15/22 plus "Happy Foeder's Day."
