Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into an oversized wine glass a very slightly hazy golden hue with a good creamy two finger white head that fades to leave sticky lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Aromas of super bright, juicy, tart fruits. Stone fruits, smartie candies, glorious funky brux. Loads of vinous white wine notes, faint barrel. Super clean with just loads of tart, juicy fruits.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, fair amount of crackery malts, lighter saison yeast, light fruits, brux is not overly aggressive. Lightly tart, clean. Nice white wine characters.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, clean.
O - Overall, this beer was really solid. Excellent nose, very pleasant taste. Very well executed barrel aged saison. I could smell this all day.
