12oz can served in a snulip. Can is not dated, as far as I can see.

Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow, small head, not a lot of carbonation, though there is some. Smell is curry, smoked paprika, and citrus tartness.

Taste is surprisingly nice. Moderate juicy sweetness, moderate acidic tartness, and moderate (but rich) spice mix flavors. Hard to pick out anything specific, but nicely balanced and nice interplay.

Mounthfeel is medium to light. Overall, much better than I expected. Pretty good, maybe pretty darn good.

12 oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow pour, flat. Aroma is Indian spice, curry, cumin, fruity. Snappy, savory spicy flavor too. Would go perfect with Indian food.

this series just went from curious to downright weird, the thai one was epic, and they come back with an indian curry one, just wild! like some of the others, the pour is pretty unimpressive here, with a head only for a second, then totally flat, really sedimented towards the bottom of the can, so cloudy and a dullish rusty orange tone, but that is as far as the mediocrity goes here. the aroma is amazing, this is brewed with indian curry spices and coconut and the nose really showcases that, traces of pepper and cardamom and maybe even a chili element, almost creamy with the coconut, a hint of tamarind tang too or something, and then things like mandarin orange and lime leaf as well, bright and fresh, smells way better than it looks and very much true to the name, impressively so. at first i dont think i need the lactose in here, like the sweetness is out of place, but as i sip on this i come to like it more, i think it helps the coconut rise above the spices, it cuts the sourness down to a very drinkable level with its balance, and it seems to give this a little body in the absence of much of a grain profile. hints of graham cracker, lemongrass, more citrus, and maybe trace cinnamon through the whole thing too. i actually had this with takeout indian food, and thought it a nice and complimentary combination, not too much at all. i wish it was more refined and cleaner and more bubbly, but that hasnt hurt these beers in the past and it doesnt hurt this one all that much. not saying this is the best sour ever or anything, but the flavor combination is impressive and unique, and for the mission stated in the name, they nailed it. really cool series they have going here, ill look forward to the next one!
