Belgian golden strong ale with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvingnon grape must added. On tap into a brandy taster glass. Amber-copper on color, aroma of peach and white grapes, some birch juice, and cider. Taste of ripe grape skin, Belgian yeast, Apple marmalade, vanilla, and moderate but lingering bitterness originating midpalate. Moderate carbonation, lots of contrasting sweet grape juice and puckering grape-seed bitterness. Overall a unique and worthy beer-wine blend.
