32oz growler poured into a tulip.

Appearance
Bright golden yellow with 1-2 fingers of loose, white head that dissipates quickly. Slightly hazy with low carbonation.

Nose
Brett funk, peach, pineapple, lemon and hints of black pepper.

Taste
Peach and pineapple. Lighter notes of lemon and tangerine pith. Light blanket of Bretty funk. Hints of earth, pine sap and peppercorn.

Mouthfeel
Light bodied, juicy, silky and smooth.

Overall
Damn good Saison. Damn good.

enjoyed chilled from a 1l growler in a teku chilled

the color is light marigold, with moderately high haze with a thin white cap with a fine bead. The smell is faintly grapefruity with a slightly brett'd aroma with light phenolic ester. The feel is mostly dry with a slight citrus tanginess with a mild medicinal edge with moderately high carbonation and semi-dry finish

The taste has a very tangy, with a brett forward dry peppery and herbal saison flavor with a mild lemony and medicinal aspect with mostly medicinal taste. Overall this is a good saison with some brett influence, not great but worth a try
