Very pleasant Saison brewed with wheat and fermented/conditioned in a very expressive Cab Franc barrel. Really bright and pungent.

At the brewpub, on draft.
Appearance: Golden hue with an amber tint, slight haze with a .5 finger head that quickly dissipated.
Aroma: Overwhelming barrel character, tart, funky and bright
Taste: A little young, lots of oak from the barrels, acidity isn't overwhelming, slight yogurt flavor.
Mouth feel: Smooth and crisp, slightly heavier than expected.
Overall: A solid beer from TH. One of their better blended/barreled beers.

I just flat out did not like this. A very sour saison with lime and pink raspberry dominating. Blech!
