Saison brewed with wheat. Conditioned atop heaps of hibiscus flowers. Beautiful and pungent.

Dark pink with red highlight and a light pink head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of flower, barnyard, slightly funky, light tart fruitiness. Taste brings grass, hay and floral flavors with some light funk and a welcomed backbone of tart cranberries and cherries. Bright carbonation and a dry dry dry finish. This defines crushable, great feel and very drinkable. I really dislike the style but I kept my mind open and was really impressed with this one.

32 oz growler into a pint glass
Appearance: Pours a dark pink color with 2+ fingers of a light pinkish head. Body is hazy but translucent with moderate visible carbonation.
Smell: White pepper, wheat, light funk, cherry, pear.
Taste: Peppery yeast, hibiscus, lemon rind, wheat, hay. Light tartness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel and medium gentle carbonation. Finishes super dry.
Overall: Another good TH saison. The hibiscus is a nice addition. Not mind-blowing but definitely worth trying.
