Pours a beautiful glowing yellow color, quite cloudy, with a moderate pure white head that exists for the duration as a soapy collection of bubbles on the surface. Aromas of herbal leafy greenness and dry pine over some husky grain and a bit of doughy sweetness. Fresh, hoppy flavors meld with mellow yeast esters. Green and herbal mostly with some bright citrus and a slight minerality. Crisp and dry, bitterness lingering into the finish. Nice…probably my favorite of the handful I sampled.

Very bright sun shiny gold with a nicely bubbly white head. Aroma is pleasingly Saison with pine, grass, light citrus, and floral hops. Funky earthy aromas mingle with subtle peach and apricot... Its also phenolic but certainly not overly yeasty. Taste is clean and crisp with a lot of intermingled flavors including zesty, grassy, coniferous vegetation. Dry through the finish and fluidly smooth during each sip.
This was my first visit to this brewery and I am pleased with this and other beers I tried. I recommend.
