Pennsylvania Corn Lager. Brewed with Pilsner malt and whole cobs of Pennsylvania sweet corn. Lightly hopped with Hüll Melon and then conditioned on lime zest and salt. Undeniable and fun.

Poured into a snifter. A slightly hazy pale straw color with a thick white head that left soapy foam in the glass. Fresh limes and faint grain with some corn on the aroma. Taste followed. This was packed with flavor: limes, sweet corn, crackery Pilsner, faint floral hops. Light bodied but not watery. An outstanding session beer.

Canned on 7/30/18
Pours a clear dirty straw, effervescent, and a foamy white head about a finger wide; solid retention and random splotches of lacing around the glass.
Aroma of sweet corn balanced with zesty lime juice; the lime is very vivid here, and the corn evolves with some nice density, giving off something of a corn flakes cereal vibe; very zesty, refreshing, and appealing.
Taste is a softer corn profile with persistent hints of lime throughout; definitely not what the smell may indicate, but a clean profile with some nice detail for a light lager.
Mouthfeel is crisp as expected, and has a light body with ample but nicely-balanced carbonation; a bit more heft than one might expect from a light lager, but it’s well-done all the same.
An upper-tier light lager with some great flavors that really feel “right” for the style; things could have been amped up a bit more in spots and refined in others, but this is overall a nice, easy-going offering for a warm day.

A- A very little clear golden color with a two finger white head.
S- Limes, some sweet corn, pale malts, hint of salt, touch on earthy hops.
T- Corn, limes, pilsner malts, some salt, touch of earthy hops.
M- Smooth, crisp, light body.
O- Limes really lift this beer and make it refreshing and easy to drink. A great light lager that is made with craft beer drinkers in mind.

L - 1.5 finger bright white head atop a transparent pale yellow body.
S - lime, salt, sugar.
T - lots of lime with a touch of salt. Bready malt - corn taste is noticeable but not prominent. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with aggressive carb.
O - judged to style, this is a really well done AAL/APL. Shocked by the low ratings. This is what Corona would taste like if made by a caring, craft brewer.

Definite corn to it; a pretty average beer.

On tap at Sabatini's Beer Bar in Exeter, PA.
This one pours a hazy orange-ish color, with a small foamy head, and no lacing.
Doesn't smell a whole lot like the adjuncts- a little bit of lime, and basically no salt, with some corn sweetness.
This tastes pretty good, but I'm not sure I'd know there was lime zest or sea salt in here if I didn't read the menu. It does taste like a fuller, creamier, and tastier Corona, though, there's nice corn sweetness, a little bit of citrus.
This is light bodied, surprisingly creamy, with a good level of carbonation.
An interesting idea, but not entirely well executed.
