Bought this from TH in 2019 and then forgot about it. Stored it in a wine cellar, and it is still a lovely saison this many years later.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice mostly clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a thin halo.
S - Big aromas of floral honey, light tartness, white wine, buttery oak barrel, pleasant yeast and saison notes. Good almost toasty notes, spritzy green apple.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nicely funky saison, tart acidity, green apples, good barnyard funk. Soft white wine.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is a bit thin though.
O - Overall this was a solid enough saison, good citrus and barnyard funk.

Poured from a green wax 500 mL bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear light golden pour with fizzy white head. Falls fast... modest ring of lacing.
S: Tart and funk. Oak and white wine.
T.F: Follows the nose. Tart and refreshing up front. Funk and barnyard. Oak and white wine.. green apple, unripened fruits, lemon citrus, and stone fruit. Some nice acidity and apple cider vinegar. Light bodied and well carbonated. More funk and tart fruit to finish.
O: An outstanding Oaked Saison... this one falls right in Tired Hands sweet spot, and it has Geuze-like complexity. Super beer and very drinkable.

T- Sour, lemons, some stone fruits, peaches, oak, some wine notes, oak, really nice funk.
M- Smooth, soft, light body.
O- A very well done sour from Tired Hands, it is reminding me a lot of some of Allagash’s high end sours. Very easy to drink.
