On tap at Tired Hands.

Pours nearly clear, pale gold, with a small head and lots of lacing. Big time yeasty, fruity aroma, full of lovely esters, spices, pepper, citrusy hops. Really nice aromatics.

This is a tasty one. Very flavorful and interesting; fruity yeast esters dominate; hints of banana, followed by pepper and lemon (only later did I learn the "pointless blend of herbs and spices" included szechuan peppercorns and lemon verbena). Moderately bitter and citrusy hops linger in the aftertaste. There's a bit of mouth-tingling spiciness from the addition of the ginger.

Medium-light body, smooth carbonation, excellent overall feel. Drinkable, delicious, really interesting as well. One of my favorites here lately!

On Tap at The Brew Cafe in Ardmore.

Po-Tee-Weet has a nice mixture of faded orange sunset with some light yellow highlights around the sides. The cap on this beer was off white with a bit more structure than other TH's beers. More creamy looking with some rings around the sides. A nice musk on this one with some strong brassy notes, some wheat swimming around and a array of spices and other additives. The malt brings a nice balance to the plethora of smells. This is a saison and it shows as it does not meld into a certain category. The grassy notes are present with some underlining hop tastes from what Im guessing is chinook, cascade, well, one of the 3 c's. Ginger is pleasant and not overbearing like most beers with ginger in it. Some lemon pops up and other tastes which I just cant describe. The body is in between light and medium with a ample amount of activity on the tounge and a faint bitterness. It goes down easy and easy to chug as well, the flavors mesh nicely, I just got to get my head around all these crazy ingredients.

First had: on tap at the brewpub

A saison brewed with candied ginger, schezuan peppercorns, and fresh lemon verbena.

Mid-sized pour, an opaque, cloudy liquid, about the color of pineapple juice, with a small but dense and creamy white head that retained as a ringlet and left a bit of lacing on the glass. A nice huge hit of grassy funk in the nose, light citrus notes, and peppery spice. Surprisingly, not much funk in the taste, but rather very smooth and mellow, with flavors of citrus zest, limoncello, grass, and peppery spice, ginger is quite subdued. Light-medium body, smooth and extremely damn drinkable. Worth revisiting.
