Delicious, vinous quality due to aging in Chardonnay bbls. Like a fresh lime popsicle, bracing and a good food pairer.

Golden in color. Fairly clear in appearance. Brett over took most of the other citrus flavors in this. Maybe a hint of the white wine. Crisp feel. Smelled awesome. Unbalanced.

Well made but would like the Brett to shine through more. Love to see almost a year on this baby.
