This is a really great beer and I've loved the previous versions of it. Not on the hoppy but any IPA standard but it has a solid mix of malt and fruits.

All I have to say about this beer is holy aroma. Absolutely beautiful. Bright, tropical fruit like nobody's business. A bit dank on the palate and not nearly as much of the tropical fruit notes, but still damn tasty.

16 oz can. Pours hazy golden orange, white head fades to a lasting thin layer. Sweet malt up front met by piney and grapefruit hops. Thin to med soft mouth. These Morph brews are just solid all around.

3/17/16 canning stamp. New Can Graphics and it looks awesome. Poured into a tulip.
Appears a touch cloudy with a copper color to it, but as I poured the remaining few ounces, it hazed up quite a bit. Nice one finger head that leaves nice rings of lace.
The nose for me is of some citrus peel, fresh hops and definitely sweet malts in that order. Smells well rounded, not a total juice bomb, which is a nice change from all these Trill fruity juice bombs. Also, for me it leans a bit towards a west coast - ish style.
The taste is a nice balance of fresh fruity hops and nice sweet malts. I quite like it. The piney resiny quality is there, but the fruitiness is playing a pretty strong role as well. Pine is very prominent too.
The mouthfeel is this good even coated creaminess. Medium carbonation with medium body. Nice piney tingle with a fair bit of bitterness. Very nice.
This one so far doesn't hold a candle to the 1/21/16 batch, but I still dig it. I will let my last can chill in the fridge for a couple more weeks to see if it's any different. Either way I like that they have made " Morph" a regular brew with what seems like a twice a month schedule.
Keep it up Night Shift ! Cheers

16oz can. 3/17/2016 canning date. Served in a snifter glass.
Pours a darker copper body, somewhat opaque and cloudy but not straight hazy juice; two finger white head with great retention, fair bit of lacing. Smells of papaya, a bit of citrus and a moderate floral/pine resin with a moderate caramel sweetness. Seems like a balanced IPA at first sniff. Flavour is heavier on the caramel sweetness but there is a mild papaya flavour with some pine resin, and a bit of sweet caramel booziness that lingers a bit. Surprising. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, just enough, fair bit of carbonation, refreshing but a bit heavy and hot on the finish.
