Pours hazy yellow gold with a dense creamy white foam head. Smells lightly of wildflowers, apple, banana, apricot, farmhouse funk, hay, straw, vanilla, caramel, bready crackery malts, some white pepper, with floral earthy hops. Tastes crisp and dry with notes of wildflowers, vanilla, caramelized bready crackery malts, white pepper spice, banana, apricot, apple, farmhouse funk, hay, straw, hints of lemon, and floral earthy hops. Feels medium bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice saison fermented with brettanomyces.

huge fluffy head, big soapy lacing, hazy golden tan color

Nose tart wheat, little sour funk, souring Brett, little honey malt, wheat, spices, fruity esters, phenols, little oxygen Brett infused chemical thing.

Taste sweet malts, candy wheat, sour notes, tart funk, fruity esters, souring Brett, sour malt, slimy maybe diacetyl, Brett plus oxygen chemical junk, little citrus and peppery spice phenols, bitter aftertaste.

Mouth is med bod, big fluffy carb

Overall meh

Foggy amber with a finger or two of white head. Smell is of a slightly funky fermented pineapple. Tastes like a typical saison with a slight metallic bite and a bit of that fruity pineapple. Mouthfeel is prickly and a little oily. Overall, this doesn't quite make me happy - it is different but the differences are not attractive.
