Pours hazy yellow gold with a dense creamy white foam head. Smells lightly of wildflowers, apple, banana, apricot, farmhouse funk, hay, straw, vanilla, caramel, bready crackery malts, some white pepper, with floral earthy hops. Tastes crisp and dry with notes of wildflowers, vanilla, caramelized bready crackery malts, white pepper spice, banana, apricot, apple, farmhouse funk, hay, straw, hints of lemon, and floral earthy hops. Feels medium bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a nice saison fermented with brettanomyces.

Foggy amber with a finger or two of white head. Smell is of a slightly funky fermented pineapple. Tastes like a typical saison with a slight metallic bite and a bit of that fruity pineapple. Mouthfeel is prickly and a little oily. Overall, this doesn't quite make me happy - it is different but the differences are not attractive.
