16 oz. can.
Canned 05/09/19.
4.5% abv.
Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a magenta-golden body with some sticky lacing, although head dissipates fairly quickly. Nose of slight funk, spice, and slight tart citrus. Taste mirrors nose very nicely with a bit of cranberry or currant tartness. Very interesting! Fairly crisp finish inviting you for another sip. Nice feel and overall, a real nice saison and would highly recommend. Cheers!!

Draft at Flynn's
Light fizzy foamy head, great retention and lacing, semi hazy blond straw color
Nose grainy sweet Belgian blond malt, cereal grains, mild fruity esters, light straw and a little honey, no phenols, quite muted
Taste grainy sweet doughy malt, bready doughy straw, typical Belgian golden malt, light fruity esters with touch of pear and citrus, no phenols, soft lager like feel without lager yeast, light tart citrus like, light bitterness, dry finish, more grainy bread and little citrus
Mouth is med bod, lighter carb not effervescent like it should
Overall meh, not really up to style, to light in everything, even carb, but it's not bad for a summer beer
