T: Moderate flavors of pomegranate are present in the taste.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.

Can from a Lazy Dog
Pours a murky dirty pink color with an orange hue and a thin wispy white head that dissipates quickly. Earthy clove and tart fruit on the nose. Flavor is Earthy and spicy with a hint of salt and light tart fruit. Its different, not sure I can get into it. I keep expecting lemony tart.

Saison is definitely a style I need to try more of, and Night Shift came through! Yes, this is a saison as it says so right on the can, incorrectly listed here but it's all good
Pours a cloudy orange with a pink hue and a finger of pink tinted white head that reduces to a ring/almost nothing pretty quick, no signs of lacing
Lightly tart berries in the nose, I guess I can see how this is pomegranate, but I get some raspberries and some orange more-so, a bit of leathery funk and a tiny bit of wet hay and yeast
Taste is really similar, though I do detect some more pomegranate. Fruity on the front of the sip with quite the funky finish, a pretty nice combination
Mouthfeel might be the highlight of this one, the oats lend a great smoothness in combination with gentle carbonation, medium bodied
Well this wasn't the greatest I've had from Night Shift (or the worst), or a perfect example of a saison, but I'm still glad I tried this one, very refreshing
