A - Hazy golden yellow, huge white head. Dissipates slowly, little lacing.
S - Spice, yeast, pepper.
T - Floral, spicy hops up front, followed by the coriander. It's a taste shifter.
M - Light body, medium carbonation.
O - Interesting for a cross style brew. The bottle presentation was what drew me in. Champagne style cork and cap. I'm not disappointed, I'm satisfied. No need to try again though.
