Great farmhouse sour. Pours hazy yellow with a good grass and horse blanket taste with ample tartness and ample sourness. Not to sour and not too sweet with a solid finish.

Like my baby mama after a steak from Ruth’s Chris (she eats da meat, not Raul!), this one just kind of sits there, sedated. It’s plain like your Mormon cousin’s nuptials. No boom boom in the zoom zoom. But again, and Raul cannot stress this enough: at least it’s not offputting. Yeah, it’s light, it’s got a little white apple tart crispness, and at 4%, that’s actually ok for Raul.
Bye.

This beer is pretty phenomenal. If you like sours and farmhouses. This is right up your alley. It's tart and funky in all the right ways. Smell and taste are don't differ much at all. Mouthfeel is medium almost heavy for a light farmhouse ale. solid carbonation. great brew. wish i bought more than 1 bottle when i was there. cheers brahs
