6oz pour in a little wineglass at the Anaheim location.
Pours a clear light yellow, smallish head. Not still, not active carbonatioyn. Bubblegum and melon rind in the smell, and lots of it. A little biscuit in the background.
Taste is pretty similar, going a bit harder toward melon, some biscuit dough. Little tiny hop bit, but to be fair, the previous beer I had was a IIIPA.
Mouthfeel is *very* light, clean, dry. Overall, it's pretty good.
