The final brew from our 2015 small batch series! We composed Domestique to showcase Simcoe and Citra hops...with a few others layered in. Domestique drinks with a nice dry finish that lets the spicy tangerine, orange rind, and peach character to shine. If you liked our previous small batch release Strider, then you should enjoy it’s big brother, Domestique. Happy New Year!
