We are extremely excited to offer Single Shot once again! Single Shot is our rich and beautifully balanced coffee stout made this time made with a blend of our most recent favorite coffees! It pours a dense black color the glass unleashing a fluffy, mocha-like head. We experience flavors and aromas of chocolate syrup, toffee, molasses, and fudge - a coffee stout profile that is beautiful and unique. Single Shot - 6th Anniversary Blend is rich on the palate while maintaining a airiness that leaves you wanting more. It’s the perfect summertime campfire beer, and one we are pleased to share with you as we celebrate our 6th Anniversary Month!

L - pours that dark motor oil with a browner than usual head pumped full of thick froth and silky lacing.
S - lots of vanilla and caramel on the nose. Sweetened iced coffee with all the fixins'. The guilty pleasure kind. Chocolate cake.
T - great blend of roast and sweet. Maintains a gentle, sugary profile through and through but absolutely no cloy or syrupy..ness. Bright and energetic flavors of Dove milk chocolate, vanilla cream, and Starbucks latte. The chocolate is sweet and light... the light roast coffee fresh and vibrant. Gentle. Getting hints of bitterness on the finish to round out a refreshing and drinkable morning stout experience.
F - this is blowing me away right now. Light and fluffy, yet silky and smooth. Perfect for this style of beer and complements all the flavors to a T. One of the best parts about this beer.
O - I expected an anniversary stout to be darker, bolder, and more dangerous, but this does just the opposite, and it works great. Supple and simply downright enjoyable.

No complaints about the milk stouts coming from Tree House. Pours dark dark brown with a thin and quickly dissipating head. The smell is a coffee bomb. Dark chocolate, caramelized sugar and a hint of vanilla. Taste follows with loads of strong coffee. Definitely the strongest, boldest of the Single Shots. Like a switching on the bold setting on the coffee maker. There a little bit of dark fruit in here too. The feel is nice for a milk stout. It’s a little thicker in body than some others I’ve had. I enjoyed this one and it’s another solid entry for Tree House coffee stouts.

Thanks to rudzud for picking up, found in back of the fridge, canned 5/31/18
Pours a large dark thick foamy 1 finger head that fades semi slowly, nice lacing and pitch black beer
Nose a mild coffee roast, a touch nutty and sweet, some dark chocolate fudge notes, a touch of roast but more from the coffee and than roasted burnt malts, a mild lactose and creamy milk chocolate
Taste starts rich and creamy with thick dark malts, a bit of fudgey cocoa and dark chocolate, mild coffee, a smooth mild roast with a bit toasted fruity coffee, interesing fruity notes, a bit of char but barely, some bitterness also mostly from the roasted coffee and touch of roasted malt, a bit of a fluffy nougat, mild caramel and into a mild creme brule and burnt milk with dried lactose
Mouth is fuller bod, creamy smooth rich, nice carb
Overall not bad, coffee was interesting flavors but more muted, hopefully not because of age, but enjoyable.
