The Curiosity Series has been our template for hoppy beer exploration for almost seven years. It enables us to try things, and to experiment with hops in a way that’s outside the box of our core line-up. This batch was brewed with a complex blend of American hops to further learn about and to enjoy the character of new lots from our 2019 hop selections. Included in the blend is Columbus, Centennial, and Citra, lending dank, ruby red grapefruit-like overtones to this tropical double IPA. It is a potent one, indeed! It carves out a unique flavor profile with an astonishingly creamy mouthfeel - Enjoy!

For me, similar to Cachet but with a better mouth feel; there’s an effervescence there that I didn’t get with cachet.

From can, same day as pick-up from Tree House.
Typical, beautiful bright orange juice color with good carbonation and fine bubbles forming the head. It's a lot of citrusy goodness, of the grapefruit kind. It has some nice drying quality at the end not most common with many of the Tree House IPAs. It's one of my favorite in the Curiosity series.

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is hazy golden with a small bit of white head on top.
S: Big nose of tropical fruit jumps out of the glass - pineapple, mango, papaya and ripe melon.
T: Orange-pineapple juice. Orange creamsicle. Touch of ripe peaches & melon. Grapefruit. Finishes with a touch of lime.
M: TreeHouse creaminess. Medium in heft, juicy and cream in feel. Really nice.
O: Outstanding. Will have to look at my ratings, but right now I'm guessing this could be my favorite TH beer. It's really tasty - hits a lot of the notes I like - and the feel is nearly perfect.

Had this on 2020-03-03 near Pittsburgh, PA from a 16oz canned on 2020-02-14
A - Hazy straw with a 1-finger white head and very good lace
S - Fresh hops, citrus, bread dough
T - Bread dough, red grapefruit flesh, lime, touch of lactose, spicy (mint, grass and pepper). Moderate bitterness.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. On the soft side and it's resinous.
O - Absolutely loaded with hop flavors. A winner.
