Formerly Julius W/ Mango
Originally brewed for, and released at, the Tree House Brewing Company Sixth Anniversary Party.
Authentic Ingredients. Individual character. An integrated and delicious outcome. A draft favorite. Blender is Julius conditioned atop a heavy dose of dehydrated mango. The resulting beer carries waves of mango notes encircled by a prevalent but balanced coconut character. We taste mango creamsicle, sweet mango cocktail, and citrusy hops atop a classic Tree House mouthfeel. This beer works incredibly well on its own but also contributes mightily to novel cocktails. Enjoy this taste of the tropics!

Golden tangerine, hazy, pours with a small white head that fades to a few wisps and leaves some lacing
Citrus, floral citrus, tangerine, mandarin oranges, touch of ruby red grapefruit, touch of herbal hops, pineapple, lots of mango but not an excessive amount of mango, also not the cheesy, fleshy kind of fresh mango, the dehydrated mango is just a nice, not overly-sweet fruitiness, medium bitterness and some dankness that lingers, light sweetness and some creaminess, like a mango gelato
Medium body, smooth, lower carbonation than Julius
Blender is not as over-the-top with mango as Cobbler is with peach, and I think that is a good thing. Like with most other variants of Julius, this is not really an improvement over the base. But it's thoroughly interesting and definitely worth a try.

Pours a cloudy, dark, oxidized-looking orange with two fingers of yellowed head. Decent retention and thick lacing.
Very pleasant aroma of mango, peach and light white pepper.
Mango and peach strike first in the taste. There’s a definite creamsicle element going on. Bitter citrus pith and cut grass in the finish comes and goes in flashes.
Full bodied and somewhat creamy with just enough tight carbonation.
Reminds me a bit of the Tired Hand milkshake IPAs in terms of that vanilla-like creamsicle element. I like this better than Blender King.

Canned on 2/14/22; consumed on 2/21/22
Pours a turbid, glossy, dark orange body capped with multiple fingers of dense, fluffy, off-white foam; good head retention leaves a thin, spotty cap, a moderate, frothy collar, and a generous array of chunky, spotty lacing spread across the walls of the glass.
Aroma flows with mango creamsicle and a distinct, resinous undertone guiding toward dank spice over the middle and bursting with orange pulp and semi-sweet tropical undertones counterbalanced by a freshly grassy note lingering through the back end.
Taste opens to orange gummie bears and mango sorbet, with an advancing earthy dank into the mid-palate developing a soft, bready malt undertone; underripe pineapple on the back end finds lingering vanilla fading with the finish.
Mouthfeel offers a medium body with moderate carbonation as taut resins glide into a subtle grit over the mid-palate; somewhat creamy in spots on the back end, though a distant bitterness lingers into boggy undertones perked up by a juicier finish.
A distinguishing pairing of fruit and hops, the mango-forward nature of the base is only further informed by the additional of the real thing, creating a layered experience of hop cocktail vibes with a distinctly prickly, dank undertone; effectively balanced and playfully easy to drink.
