Texture is our Hoppy Pils! Brewed with our House Lager strain and conditioned for several weeks in stainless alongside our hand-selected fruit-forward American hops, Texture contains notes of ripe clementine, mango, and punch carried by an exceptionally smooth texture. Enjoy!

Pale yellow body, mildly cloudy; no carbonation visible yet a thick, frothy, white head, minor flecks of foam inside the glass. Nice aroma of biscuit-like malt, faint citrus notes with an element of grassiness. Distinct hop bitterness and flavors, citrus primarily; light malt backbone; bread crust and biscuit. Medium body; prickly, mildly sharp feel on the palate; semi-dry.
While the can does not explicitly state this as being a Citra and Cascade hopped version, the can image and verbiage shown on Tree House's X and Instagram posts highly suggest this is the beer. The hop flavors certainly lean towards Citra and Cascade. Overall, the beer has its high point with the taste, while lagging a bit with the smell and the appearance. It's still a good'n, and I wouldn't mind trying this one again.
ABV: 5.3%; pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning info: SUMMER 2024

Poured from 12oz can simply stamped “SUMMER 2024” to a Pils glass at fridge temp. Purchased two days ago at Charlton.
The appearance of this beer is classic Pilsner, medium-gold body and a white 4-finger head but the bubbles are mixed, not all small or large. Lacing is medium to low.
This is one of those beers you can smell as you pour it (and I poured it outside on a day with mildl wind). The hop aroma is strong with this one. And citrus sneaks in also.
The taste is just what the aroma hints at. This is a hoppy, dry beer with notes of rind, maybe even a little pine. If you like West Coast IPAs, this is a Pilsner you will like.
Mouthfeel is very Pils-like with a mild oiliness.
Excellent beer, my highest rating in a quite a while.

12oz can courtesy of Rub_This_BBQ. Unreadable date stamp on the bottom of the can.
Poured into the glass, it was immediately apparent that it is an unfiltered pilsener. Opaque and yellowish amber in color, with a big, fluffy, bone-white head. Said head receded slowly, like ice cream melting, and left lots of lace.
Fruity and citrusy hop nose. Some peppery notes as well.
Taste follows aroma. Mango-like tropical fruit flavors up front, with a more bitter, pithy citrus flavor following. The hops pretty much drown out whatever malt character might be present. Finishes relatively clean for all the hoppiness.
Fairly light bodied, with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Not particularly pilsener like, here, the finish is somewhat clean but not really crisp.
This puts me in mind of what a hazy IPL might be like. It's very good, but little resembles a pilsener. Thanks for the chance to try it, Bill!

Picked-up a six pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about seventeen dollars. My two hundred and thirtieth brew reviewed from these guys. This is excellent.
