Notes:
Curiosity One Hundred and Twenty Five is a celebratory milestone for our Curiosity Series featuring a host of characters from our past. The beer itself melds our past with what we aspire to be in the future through focused brewing application and continued experimentation. Brewed with Comet, El Dorado, Citra, and Huell Melon hops, it is intensely fruity with a deep hoppy complexity that is unique and indescribable to our palate. Enjoy!

TREE HOUSE ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE 7/4/22
Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Lawson's tulip.
a; Hazy gold with a finger plus white head which receded quickly to a thin medallion of surface foam and spotty lacing.
s: Intense tropical fruit.
t: Follows the nose with a moderate hop bite and dry finish.
m: solid medium, great body and some carbonation tingle.
o: A superior experimental from Tree House, with all the expected tropical fruity goodness.

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass canned 6/13/22. Pours a very attractive milky hazy yellow with a finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with excellent retention. 5
Aroma is cantaloupe, pineapple, tangerine, guava, and apricot pretty spectacular. 4.75
Taste follows cantaloupe, pineapple, tangerine, guava, and apricot insanely balanced and flat out incredible. 5
Mouthfeel is above average, soft creamy carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8.2% nice flavor and insanely approachable. 5
Overall it reminds me of great athletes, Tiger in his prime. I have had so many really good beers today, but Tree House when it comes to NEDIPAs is playing at a different level. This is just absolutely incredible. 4.75

Canned 6/13/22. "I think I'll have myself a beer" stamped on the bottom of the can. Nice Reel Big Fish reference ;)
Anddddd we've arrived. My last beer from my latest TH run. I'm not gonna lie, this is not the beer I had wanted. I had ordered Curiosity 5, a re-release of the last Curiosity beer they did way back in the Brimfield days, a time in their history I missed and wanted to try. But alas, they made a mistake and I ended up with this one. It's not the end of the world though, and I'm sure I'll enjoy this
Pours a hazy milky yellow with 3 fingers of creamy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
Oh man, this one is all juice in the nose, with only the tiniest malt backbone to hold it up. I'm picking up on aromas of overripe cantaloupe, orange zest, tangerine juice, mango, creamy banana, light doughy malt, and a touch of grass
It is similarly juice forward in taste, but I don't think it's pulled off as elegantly. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting orange juice, honeydew, lemon zest, pineapple juice, mango, bready malt, and light peppery hops. The swallow brings notes of overripe cantaloupe, orange juice, banana cream, bready malt, grapefruit rind, creamy peach, and light grass
A medium full body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a creamy and smooth beer. Finishes neutral and rather soft, but it goes down real easy
This one was different, but I definitely enjoyed it. It's sad to have already made my way through all the new TH beers from this trip, but at least I have plenty of good repeats to hold me over until next time
