Folk Psychology is a mixed-culture pale ale brewed and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Amarillo. Bottle-conditioned, it pours a brilliant yellow color into the glass with a fluffy head and carries notes of funky tropical fruit, grapefruit, and straw with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. It is so delightfully refreshing.
Ingredients: Water, 2-row barley, white wheat, yeast, and hops.

Mildly hazy gold to amber with a tall white foam head settling to a creamy film.
The nose is dank of catty hops with a little bretty funk but HOLY SHIT taste adds the most unusual tropical fruit I've ever gotten out of an unfruited saison. I'm having trouble identifying it but it's like rambutan and rose hips and really refreshingly satisfying. As I sit with this draft pour it becomes a touch peppery with time.
The medium body has a firm froth and finishes with a semi-dry tingle.
The is the beer that made me reconsider ordering to-go bottles during our latest visit.
