Having long ago discovered the limit of pure pellet-based hoppy beers, we are keeping the series alive by jamming as much concentrated hop product into the can as possible.
Utilizing concentrated hop products in four different formats, Project Find the Limit Eleven takes it to eleven in the most blissfully hoppy way possible.
Pouring a turbid yellow color into the glass, Eleven presents with notes of intense tropical hop oils, mouth-coating citrus-forward hop oils, and a bounty of mixed exotic fruit. It’s completely outrageous, but maintains a pleasant sipability— Enjoy!

2 months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a full and hazy orangeish yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. No floaters.
S: Fruity bubblegum sweetness with notes of candied orange and tangerine as well as ripe mango, peach and pineapple.
T: Less sweet and nuanced than its smell. Notes of candied citrus fruits and some tropical hints are definitely there but pushed to the background by a heavy bitterness. First sweet and hoppy, then grassy and dry.
F: Full and creamy with a subtle zestiness. Medium carbonation.
O: Having had the last five beers of this series, I would call myself a fan, but this one‘s unfortunately a bit underwhelming. Even though the smell is quite promising, the taste is rather unbalanced as the grassy, bitter notes are a bit overpowering. Definitely a good beer, but not as good as its predecessors.

Canned on 8/5/22; consumed on 9/3/22
Pours a turbid, milky mango-orange body topped with a finger of creamy, off-white foam; solid head retention leaves a paper-thin veil of cap, a slight yet frothy collar, and an extensive array of webby lacing ringing around the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens to dank green onion awash in silky mango smoothie coating the bouquet; tangy orange cuts with citric zest as soaked grass imparts an earthier underscore.
Taste offers a similar musty green onion opening before settling to creamy mango with mildly dank undertones; residual resins over the mid-palate proceed to a slight guava twang as notes of white grape finish.
Mouthfeel brings a fuller body with a fluffy, rounded, moderate carbonation, with creamy textures welcoming a soft prickle across a juicy sensation throughout and minimal residual bittering.
Dank and vegetal with sweet tropical overtones toying with sensory overload, this NEIPA excels with contrasts to successfully tame a potent and aggressive hop bill.

Yellow hazy standard look, nice sticky lacing on the glass. Nose has a little booze, vegetal hop, peach pit, candy orange peel. Hoppy taste, piney, resin, under ripe stone fruit, Creamy yet lightish mouthfeel, really nice to sip. Definitely noticeable alcohol in the finish.

Treehouse is one of my favorite breweries, and this is one of their best. I’m from Michigan, home of Old Nation Brewing Company. When I go on vacation, I seek out breweries, and have never been able find one that produces beer like these two.

Poured into a 13 oz Snulip glass canned on 8/13/22. Pours a very attractive yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thin lines of lace, with excellent retention. 5
