Halo Effect is a classic table beer brewed with white wheat, fermented with our mixed culture, and very gently dry-hopped with Motueka hops. Pouring a brilliant yellow color into the glass, it expresses notes of spritzy citrus, straw, white tea, and bubble gum with an effervescent and pleasing mouthfeel. A characterful and elegant food-pairing beer, Halo Effect goes down beautifully— Enjoy!

Sparkling clear white gold with a tall and bright white foam head that retains as a lumpy central tower that wobbles almost as if slow poured, all while leaving coral lacing.
Wonderfully floral, spicy, bretty and bitter, this tafelbier drinks like a crisp pilsner but exhales like a delicate Belgian-forward saison. Supremely clean up front, the yeast and hops bloom midpalate before coming to a bone dry finish. As it comes to temp, a touch of straw funk emerges, and the malt expresses a little as cornbread
The medium-light body is finely effervescent yet soft.

750ml capped bottle into a Tree House teku. Shared with schen9303.
Pours crystal clear goldenrod. Thick and creamy 1.5 finger white head with good retention. Layered lace. Nose is soap, peppercorn, coriander. Lightly peppery and tart. Beer opens pine, peppercorn, and lemon zest. More peppercorn, coriander, and unripened pear in the middle. The lightest citrus tartness in the end with a lightly funk wet wood presence. Nice balanced. Classic saison flavors. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and goes down quenching, sparkling. Clean aftertaste. Super drinkable.
A really nice, balanced brew.

Alright, my last new beer from my latest trip to Tree House. I’ve found their Farmhouse offerings to be a bit inconsistent, but I’m hoping the mixed fermentation on this one will yield something more interesting as I tend to prefer a bit of funk in my Saisons. Let’s crack it open and see what it’s all about
Pours a cloudy pale straw with 2 fingers of creamy white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves decent patchy lacing
Ok so it’s not super funky in the nose, but what’s there is a really nice touch. I’m picking up on aromas of orange zest, banana, lemon zest, white pepper, pear skin, wildflower honey, bready malt, earthy white wine, and wet hay
There’s a tad less funk in taste, but I honestly still enjoy it just as much. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting pear skin, lemon zest, floral hops, sweet honey, straw, biscuity malt, and tannic white wine. The swallow brings notes of bready malt, wildflower honey, stone, earthy white wine, pear skin, orange zest, and light bubblegum
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp and effervescent beer. Finishes mostly dry and earthy
This is solid stuff. It certainly does it’s job as a traditional table beer with a little touch of funk
