Working Memory is a Saison brewed with pale malt and white wheat and fermented with our mixed House culture. Following fermentation, it is dry-hopped with a gentle dose of Citra and Tettnanger hops, lending a beautiful earthy citrus note to the overall bouquet pf straw, mild funk, lemon pie, and yeasty phenols. It pairs particularly well with white fish or your favorite sharp cheese. Enjoy in a wine glass.

Mostly clear pale yellow with an actively tall and lumpy white head leaving spongy foam chunks of lace on the glass.
Man these Tree House saisons are growing up so beautifully, only wanting for some age and perhaps some oak, but exhibiting wonderful yeast profiles. This one is mildly bretty and clovey while fruity of lemon spritzed pear, honeysuckle and maybe passion fruit, finishing overall herbally bitter.
The medium-light, somewhat slick body yet has an airy froth before finishing semi-dry and nearly wet, oddly enough.

I’m gonna be honest, it’ll be hard for a Tree House Saison to top Boquete that I recently had, their dark Saison with coffee. I liked it so much I went back to pickup another 750 of it. That being said, this one was also calling my name on the return trip. It’s the complete opposite of Boquete, but I’m hoping it’ll still be good. Let’s get into it
Pours a cloudy pale gold with a finger of white head that fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose isn’t quite as funky as I’d like, but it has a nice tang that works with the earthy vibe. I’m picking up on aromas of lemon zest, earthy wheat, apple skin, floral hops, bready malt, floral hops, and light white pepper
It’s less funky in taste and a bit more hoppy actually, but I still dig it. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting earthy wheat, crackery malt, floral hops, lemon juice, tannic white wine, white pepper, and light pear skin. The swallow brings notes of herbal hops, bready malt, white pepper, earthy wheat, lemon yogurt, light vanilla, and apple skin
A medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a bright earth beer. Finishes mostly dry with a hoppy bite that really helps the drinkability
All things considered this one is actually quite nice. The complaint about a lack of funk is on me, as this is good as is
