Clear gold with a centrally spinning steam jet pillar of carbonation supporting a tall white foam head that retains well and thick while leaving spots of spongy lace here or there.
Herbal, prickly brett meets lightly grassy yet lactic funk that quickly recedes to a bright lemon and white grape tang before exhaling a little more clovey, bitter yeast than I would have guessed be present based on the majority of the profile. A really unique mix of components.
The medium-light body has a finely firm carbonation that softens up before a tingly, zesty semi-dry finish.
