Canned on 2/3/23; consumed on 3/9/23
Pours an opaque, dingy golden orange body topped with three fingers of fluffy, eggshell-white foam; great head retention yields a finger of creamy cap, slight, frothy collar, and rings of chunky lacing encircling the walls of the glass.
Aromas of watermelon/orange creamsicle dominate upfront, fading abruptly to subtle grassiness and resinous passionfruit accents while boggy lime hard candy and prickly peach undertones form the back end of the bouquet.
Taste shows watermelon gummies and lime pith upfront, with notes of tangerine peel easing over a flaky malt undertone through the mid-palate as resounding citrus creamsicle washes over the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium-light body and a modest fluff of taut carbonation easing to a juicy, subdued hop twang, silky over the mid-palate with a glossy, resinous sheen; a residual, nearly chalky chop lingers on the back end through a clean, bright finish.
A fun, soft play on the creamsicle diversion, not overwhelming with lactic creaminess while maintaining the zesty, bright resins so common in the Tree House NEIPA base.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about eighteen dollars. Canned on date of 2/8. My three hundredth brew from these guys. Good, not great.
