This special rendition of JJJuiceee Project Features Galaxy + Galaxy + Galaxy. I know, it’s crazy, isn’t it? Featuring our favorite Australian hop in the kettle and dry hop, this rendition of the JJJuiceee also presents the very first liquid Galaxy product to make its way stateside.
We have a close relationship with our Australian growers, which has enabled us to maintain a steady stream of amazing Galaxy throughout the years. We have been pushing hard for the arrival of Spectrum, and when we finally received it stateside we began brewing with it immediately!
Pouring a ridiculous turbid yellow color into your glass, Galaxy + Galaxy + Galaxy tastes like juicy pineapple, mixed citrus, and earthy tropical fruit. It carries a sharp bitterness that fades quickly, enticing your next sip. What a treat!

From a 2.5-week-old can, pours a massively hazy deep orange. Big head of off-white foam. Smell and taste are bursting with bright, sharp papaya, a touch of melon, citrus and grassy herbs. Feel is full and smooth. A huge, epic beer.

16oz can served in a gorgeous Monhegan pint glass. Can is dated 03/26/2024. From @Roguer in NBS BIF #18.
Pours murky grayish-amber with a huge fluffy head, settling slowly into a leather-topped lumpy layer. Smell is tropical fruit, in the papaya / passionfruit direction, juicy but resinous.
Taste is definitely more in the bitter fruit skin direction, though the tropical juice notes are quite clearly there. There's a vanilla creaminess in there, too.
Mouthfeel is big, fluffy and creamy, dry, light chalkiness. Overall, quite nice.

Poured from a can into a teku glass
Appearance – The beer pours a super hazy orange juice and tangerine color with a big head of white foam. The head has an amazing level of retention, fading slowly over time and leaving a ton of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a peach and apricot smell mixed with aromas of tropical fruits of tangerine, papaya, and mango. Along with these aromas comes a strong showing of a herbal and grapefruit hop as well as notes of pine and herb. There is also some harvest fruit and must, and a little bit of fruit punch like aromas, rounding out the smell nicely, and creating a nice inviting aroma overall.
Taste – The taste starts out with a juicy and bready flavor, with lots of peach, apricot, pear, and tangerine paired with some bready and doughy malt. Other light flavors of cherry and berry are there as well, with notes of lemon and oat. There is a moderately strong hop presence right from the start, which gets more intense as the taste advances on the tongue. The hop is heaviest of a herbal and grapefruit nature, but has hints of pine and floral hop. The later flavors get a bit more intense as the taste advances, and with a touch of must and hay, and a bit of toast coming on at the end, one is left with a malty, but rather nicely hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is very thick and chewy with a moderate level of carbonation. Good for the fresh hopped nature, malt, and the abv making for a nice sipper.
Overall - A quite flavorful and tasty IPA. Fresh hopped, malty and fruit heavy.

Immense juice character, and even a little thick and chewy, but without bing cloying. Primarily orange/tangerine and pineapple making up the fruit notes.
