Stately – Dark is a mixed fermentation dark table beer brewed and conditioned with select pale and roasted malts. It carries notes of mild chocolate, chocolate wafers, and sweet malt atop a base of mild funk and straw. Naturally carbonated in this can, it carries a tight carbonation and dense foamy head. Beautifully crafted from start to finish, Stately – Dark is a distinctive, highly drinkable, and pleasant all-around crusher—Enjoy!

A dark session Saison from Tree House? I’m all the way in. Their dark Saison, Boquete, that I had last year was fantastic, though that one was bigger and adjuncted with coffee. It should be interesting to see what they can do with a more delicate execution. Let’s crack it open and get into it
Pours an opaque medium brown with 2 fingers of light tan head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
It’s pretty similar to Boquete in the nose, just a little brighter. I’m picking up on aromas of dark toast, wet hay, lemon zest, earthy hops, light roast coffee, leather, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and light raisin
It doesn’t quite have the same fruity brightness in taste, though it’s still very good. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting medium roast coffee, cocoa powder, dark toast, plum, earthy hops, toffee, brown sugar, and light pepper. The swallow brings notes of cocoa powder, plum, medium roast coffee, earthy hops, dark bread, wet hay, leather, and light molasses
A medium body pairs with gentle tingling carbonation, resulting in crisp and slightly roasty beer. Finishes a tad sticky but doesn’t hurt the drinkability
Man, this one is great. This is the kind of beer that makes me think Tree House could do like a Dark Mild on cask or something. I definitely recommend this one
