Stately is our series of mixed fermentation Table Beers. The base beer features mild funk and straw notes that are elevated by different treatments before canning. For Stately – Citrus, we condition the base beer on a hearty dose of fresh citrus peel, which evolves into a proper crusher. Pouring a gorgeous yellow color into your glass, it carries a beautiful flavor profile bursting with orange, clementine, and kumquat.
