Only in the realm of imagination, where the boundaries of reality blur, lies a Sapphire Rose. Its petals, an impossible blend of sapphire blue and delicate rose hues, symbolize the allure of the unattainable. Crafted with New Zealand’s scenic landscapes in mind, Sapphire Rose is an IPA that captures the essence of a captivating land. It combines the unique characteristics of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops, with each contributing to a harmonious and novel flavor profile. Nelson Sauvin hops impart the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, and Wakatu hops complete the experience, bursting with the richness of mixed tropical fruits. Sapphire Rose is a journey into the unknown.

Wonderful aroma just opening the can big lemony lime burst, wow! Pours glug glug yellow murk, with a fluffy latte head with a lacquer shine. Tastes is zesty lemon lime, white grape, earthy sweet, abundant hop oils linger in the mouth. Light, crisp, fresh, bitter soft smacky, medium / light for TH. Love it!

Pours very hazy yellow color with a nice 1-2 finger thick that faded slowly and left decent lacing. Tastes of lemon, red grapefruit, yuzu, orange juice, tangerine, white wine, buttered biscuit, coriander and mild peppery spices.

Super cloudy amber, approaching brown color. One-finger head that dissipates to film while leaving a ring of lace. Subsequent sips bring a webby type of lacing on the glass.
Nice blend of pale malt and earthy hop. I get some refrigerator smell, almost like freezer burn. In the background there's some weediness.
I pick up some orange rind and semisweet juiciness. Strong alcohol in the swallow. Highly carbonated, enhanced by the moderate body. The initial taste is more neutral than most of Tree House's NE IPAs. The bitterness comes through strongly in the swallow resulting in a lengthy aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy, very opaque, matte drab light yellow color. Thick, velvety, frothy head forms on the beer, lingers a while, then dissipates until just a thin layer of foam remains on the beer. Aroma hs notes of wood, light melon and citrus, and light grassiness. The NZ hops come through very clearly on the nose.
Taste follows the nose by showcasing those NZ hops - note sof melon, citrus, wood, dried grass and vegetal notes. Moderate, biting, pithy bitterness comes throughout the flavor profile. There is a light sweetness to the beer that takes a back seat to that pithy bitterness. Feel is medium bodied. There is a certain dryness to the beer. Moderate carbonation.
Overall a nice enjoyable NEIPA that showcases the NZ hops used in it quite well.

16oz can served in a snulip. Can is dated 3/13/2024. Provided by the generous @Roguer in NBS BIF #18.
Pours very white, somewhat yellow. Big rocky head, lots of carbonation. Smell is citrus rind, leaning toward lemon.
Taste is primarily citrus, but there's an interesting melon rind note in there, too. Somewhat juicy, definitely leaning toward the pithy side.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, dry, chalkiness is a bit less intense here as opposed to other Tree House beers I've tried. Overall, very nice IPA.
