Hope Eternal is a mixed fermentation ale brewed with local wildflower honey and then aged on the pomace of red raspberries, black raspberries, and blackberries. This creation is then bottle-conditioned using the same wildflower honey, adding a touch of nature's sweetness to spark refermentation. Pouring a deep red color into your glass, it carries the delicate flavor and aroma of mixed berries supported by a slight tannic touch from the pomace.
It is a beautiful beer to enjoy with a hearty meal during the summertime with those you feel closest to. Enjoy!

well outside the types of beers i expect from treehouse, but a really impressive product, sexy little bottle, awesome label, unexpected from these guys but it ended up being among my favorites of the whole hoard of their beers we drank over a few days, wild apparently, but its more tart than funky, done with the pomace of blackberries, black raspberries, and raspberries, lots of it must be, really neat beer, also done with honey, which makes an impact in here. light haze to this, pinkish and orangish at the same time, short white head fading fast but it stays fizzy with big bubble carbonation lasting the whole drink. nose is red wine, red raspberries, and bacterial tang, lactic and lemony and pretty sharp, but with light funk behind it, subtle rose petal and floral notes, honey and fruit together here, pollen and high bloom character, nice, subtle vinegar sourness too, higher order acidity. the flavor is lovely, all the berries of course work well together, and this hits fruity even beyond them, currant, orange, and lemon to me, wine grapes, and even strawberry, and this makes sense for high summer. the honey adds sweetness that the malt doesnt, very recognizable the whole way and extremely pleasant in here, still quick to finish with the bigtime pucker. a little more wild character would be cool, this is rather bacterial, but its mature and on the dry side at the end, the fruit pomace is a cool way to go, and this is fruity without being all fruit, cool proportions here, lighter body, lots of bubbles, excited and the mouthfeel fits the flavors. very enjoyable little vinous wild ale with good tang, ill look for more like this from tree house in the future, neat use of the honey too!
