Trail, our German-style Pilsner, has been given an extended retreat in our lager cellar. Brewed in late summer, spunded and naturally carbonated ever so slowly, it's shining like never before. Trail pours a brilliant yellow in the glass with a puffy white head. Noble hop spice notes mingles with a clean cracker-like malt base resulting in a most refreshing beverage. Our patience has been rewarded with unmatched clarity, softness and lacing galore.

16 oz can.
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a large sudsy head. Good retention and a ton of lacing.
Aromas of doughy malt, oranges, and spicy hops.
Taste has lots of citrus, crackers, sweet dough, and hops on the finish.
Feel is medium-light bodied, moderate carbonation. Soft and smooth. Not too dry. Absurdly drinkable.
Overall this is a great german pilsner. Hits all the expected notes and the extended lagering gives this a pillowy soft finish without feeling flat for the style.
