Mostly clear golden in color. Small bubbly white head. Nose is slightly lemon zest, slightly fruity and hints of coffee, like a cold brew. Melon, malt and coffee tastes come thought softly. VERY small amount of bitterness on backend.

Poured from a can into a tree house tulip glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear deep golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a decent sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a grainy and bready smell mixed with notes of vanilla and caramel. There is also a bit of a coffee smell and some light notes of orange peel and floral hops. There is a touch of earthiness and some cocoa mixed in there as well, rounding out the smell and producing a rather interesting aroma.
Taste – The taste begins with a thick grain and doughy bread flavor paired with sweetness of corn, caramel, and a touch of melon. The coffee flavor is rather weak upfront, but does grow a bit and is joined by bits of earthiness and a bit of the citrus that was in the nose. Toward the end, there are notes of vanilla and crème that work their way in, leaving one with a sorta coffee cream ale like flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – the body is heavy for a 5 % lager with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall – Not really a huge fan here. The body composition seems off and it seems a bit too malty and sweet without that crisp lager taste and feel I was hoping for.

Had on tap at Sandwich. Pours murky, bright gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is Euro lager with coffee cordial. Medium light body, slightly sweet, moderate carbonation. Creative, interesting but not one to get again.
