Pours a hazy golden straw color with a finger of frothy white head. Good retention. Leaves a crown of lacing along the glass.
Aroma is dominated by peach, with hints of yeast and sweet bread. Subtle notes of apricot and lemon zest.
Taste follows with notes of candied peach, bubblegum yeast, wheat bread and lemon. There's some apricot and herbal tea.
Medium-light bodied with prickly carbonation. Crisp and dry.
Pretty good beer that's a bit overpowered by the peach addition, but still solid and drinkable overall. Not much of a "saison" though.
