16 oz can. Thanks Tom. stamped 11/20/20
Labels states: "Inspired by the bounty of the season, this beer combines the tantalizing mix of toasty, nutty malts, tart cranberry and spice.A mix of European malts for the base of our festive offering, with layers of warm spice and fruit to create a harmonious blend of flavors. There is much to be thankful for, and we would like this opportunity to thank you, and remind you to pass the sauce."
Pours a ruddy brown, decent head at first but quickly dissipated to a thin off-white ring. No lacing
Nose is tart cranberry, ginger, deep and dark brown bread.
Flavor definitely jumps off with the ginger tinged cranberry. Cranberry is tart, ginger is almost effervescent in its insistence, but does not take over in a callous manner. Just omnipresent. Some very tart cherry notes come is too and the finish has a hint of sour green apple.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium. Somewhat slick, light carbonation.
Overall, a very interesting beer. I think they hit what they described quite well.
