Son Of Gnomad pours a hazy straw yellow with a small, creamy white head on top. The foam fades quickly leaving a netted coating of lace on the glass.

The aroma has strong notes of clove, orange peel, bubblegum and hints of rose. Some grainy hay notes are also present.

Each sip of this medium bodied beer is soft, watery with mild carbonation. The flavor begins sweet with some bubblegum and bready wheat. The middle has spicy notes of clove and orange peel and a touch of pepper. It finishes mildly tart with lingering orange peel and spice when gone.

This beer almost reminds me of a hefeweizen. Easy drinking and nicely balanced, but best enjoyed sipped.
