This unfiltered Pilsner features Weyermann Pilsner malt, a northern European lager yeast and an ample Sterling + Nelson Sauvin dry hop. Crisp, with fresh, fruity and floral aromatics and a clean, hoppy finish. Simple and delicious.

The can I purchased is 3.2 ABV.
Pours light gold with sparse carbonation and a chunky, everlasting head. Bready malts and fresh mown grass and sea air in the nose. The taste is lightly malty with a flowery, herbal noble hop character. Graininess and a bit of DMS in the back. The mouthfeel is medium light bodied with moderate carbonation. Light bitterness and lots of hop flavor in the finish.
A very full bodied Pilsner for the low ABV. Balanced and crushable.

Appearance - Pours a clear straw gold with two fingers of fizzy white head.
Smell - Grassy and biscuity malts, leafy and earthy hops (perhaps a bit citrus too), notes of straw or hay, lemon, earthy yeast.
Taste - Hits all the right flavour notes of a pilsner (grassiness, straw/hay quality) with a nice mild bitterness from the hops.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate-to-high carbonation. Crisp, dry, very refreshing.
Overall - A tasty pilsner, but I was hoping for something more in the flavour department (more hops).

Just a little less than clear golden beer u def a moderate head. Settles to a skimpy film, no lace to speak of. Good nose despite looking so plain. Spicy hops, fruit and lemon water out of the glass. Yum. Nice lemony fruity hops to taste on a sweet malt base. Gentlysharp carbonation. I'm not a big Pilsner guy, but this is pretty tasty.

This one pours a very slightly hazy yellow, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like zesty and grassy hops, orange, grapefruit, and pilsner malt.
This is definitely American in execution, due to the large amount of dry hopping. Luckily for all involved, it's still stupidly delicious. It's delightfully crisp, and super clean, with no off flavors at all. There's a solid but not overwhelming bitterness, with some orange and grapefruit hop character, a clean and not sweet bready malt character.
This is light bodied, with a great level of drinkability, and a normal level of carbonation.
Bellwoods continues to put most breweries in the world to shame. They are world class.
