A hazy straw body, like lemon juice, the head barely forming despite the effervescence, pure white.
Aroma is strongly of grapefruit, orange, & lemon zest, floral coriander, yeast spice, touch of banana; reminiscent of a Belgian wit.
Fresh grainy malt flavours mingle with light citrus and yeast spice notes, a touch buttery, finishing firmly dry; astringent hop bitterness lingers through the finish, some alcohol-like heat to it; full mouthfeel despite the medium body, courtesy of mouth-filling, fine, frothy carbonation - very soft, a pleasure.
An exemplary benchmark of the style, simple and delightful, refreshing and tasty, a great choice for your summer go-to.

A saison with lactobacillus. A nice tartness, with a bit of a yogurt taste, blends with light fruits, some spicy flavours and a slightly dry finish. The fruit flavours mix well with the tart lactic flavours, giving it a slightly exotic taste. Refreshing.
